LEATHER SELECTION

Every order begins with the hide. Leather is inspected and graded before cutting, with grade and thickness checked against your sample and specification.

Cutting
02

CUTTING

Components are press-cut using size-specific dies, so dimensions remain consistent throughout production.

Stitching
03

STITCHING

Seams are sewn to the agreed construction and stitch density, then checked for skipped or loose stitches.

Final Inspection
04

FINAL INSPECTION

Fit, construction and finish are checked against the approved sample. Non-conforming pairs do not ship.

Packing & Dispatch

PACKING & DISPATCH

Pairs, size assortments, labels and carton markings are checked against the order before cartons are strapped.

Vidhi oversees day-to-day factory coordination, sample development and order execution. From approved specifications through final inspection and dispatch, she keeps each order on track, maintains clear communication with buyers and provides direct owner-level accountability.

Our Kolkata team brings years of hands-on leather experience to every stage, from grading hides to final inspection. Some have worked with us for more than four decades, bringing continuity, practical judgement and a deeply established understanding of our quality standards. Each pair is checked against the buyer-approved sample and specification before packing, helping maintain consistency across production runs and repeat orders.

STANDARDS

Gloves conform to European standards EN 388:2016 + A1:2018 and EN ISO 21420:2020 and/or EN 407:2020, EN 12477:2001 + A1:2005 as per applicable CE Category I and/or Category II conformity assessment, depending on the glove style and intended risks.

CERTIFICATION BODIES

CE certification for our gloves is carried out by Bureau Veritas, Germany, Mitra-Kontrol d.o.o. and CIS Institut d.o.o.
